VB script or a way to have a tab do a REFRESH ALL at a predefined interval

I have an Excel document that has two tabs.. One is used to hold data that I pull in from an external connection every 2 min (works fine) and the 2nd tab has a pivot table that has graphs off of it. I keep the pivot table open “Full Screen” so it functions as a DASHBOARD with the graphs. Anyway, when my data updates “TAB #1” my PIVOT table wont update nor does the graphic….

Does anyone know a VB script or a way to have a tab do a REFRESH ALL at a predefined interval so my pivot table and graphic will update?
