IP ping

Hi,
I have a Nortel Instant Internetwork box at my other
location through a WAN. Address for this box is
10.225.76.10. I can ping other devices from a
10.225.76.128 subnet. When I try to ping from my .128
subnet ping times out. If I do tracert to 10.225.76.10 I
time out at a 10.0.195.1 connection. Other pings to other
devices work but this .10 address. Any ideas?
