Sorry, still no clue... What (beta) version of Windows Mail are you using,
and on what system???

You can see in my header I'm using WLM 12.0.1184 ;-)
On another newsgroup (microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop) it is
suggested that the server sets the IP...

Test reply to see which IP gets used.

I see one difference in the headers between your post. When your public IP
address is showing, your post includes these lines:

X-Antivirus: avast! (VPS 000748-5, 13/06/2007), Outbound message
X-Antivirus-Status: Clean

When your post is showing 127.0.0.1 I don't see those lines. I would suspect
something about the way your anti virus program is working.

BTW, when I installed Avast, I did not select for it to scan client
messages.

I'm using Windows Mail 6.0.6000, and in your first 4 attempts to show us
your 127.0.0.1, I read "Mac", and it was only in the message:

where I saw your IProblem... Also, I can't see any header with "WLM
12.0.1184", or any info regarding to Avast, as N. Miller pointed out...
Maybe I'm blind, and/or stupid!!! ;-D

Have a look at my latest post on microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop
on this subject...
