Please clarify. Are you using Outlook in an exchange environment through
work? Your question makes me wonder if soneone has set up delegates but not
sure as I need to know your version and if you are using Exchange or an ISP.
What version of Outlook are you using?:
Select Help / About Microsoft Outlook for the version

Thank you

HI,
I am using Outlook 2000 in windows XP. When I am sending the mail, it is
receiving the other side and if the receipiant reply on that mail the replay
address is changing by another name. I checked on the propertis of the sent
mail the replay to combo box data has been changed by another name.
I changed all the local email servsers and I tried to send mail directly
also. but the problem is exists. this is not happening on all mail. 99%
problem comming on the forwarded mails! I am very fedup with this problem,
becuase I suspect that is my importment mail is missing.

Please help me

Is this only happening when the mail is received by one person or from others
also? The reason I ask is they could have a contact setup with your old
address and it could be changing it on their side.

Thanks for your interest.

This is happening when I received mail from 'A" person and I forward to "B"
and They reply from "B" will goes to "A" not me. that is happening. And If I
check my send mails property on the reply to option having "A"'s address!
this is happening.
I hope now you understood.
Help me.

Lai please try the following:

From Outlook Inbox: Select Tools / Email Accounts
Select Next to choose the selected "View or change e-mail accounts"
With your account highlighted select Change
Select More Settings
Select theGeneral tab (if is not already)
Is the Reply E-mail the other email address?

Let me know how it goes.

Hi,
I checked all the possible checkings. If that replay e-mail is wrong this
will happen all the mail. but it is happening only "WHEN I FORWARD A
PARTICULAR MAIL" or "WHEN I COPY THE ORIGINAL CONTEND FROM ONE EMAIL TO
PASTE A NEW MAIL" this is problem.
I formatted my system, reinstalled all the software includes xp, msoffice
2000 also.
thanks and waitng the reply.
