Invalid page fault

I've started receiving "mshp.dll/http_404.htm" invalid
page fault. It just seemed to start for no reason. I'll
load a page, it'll load, then default. I've virus scanned
it but nothing. I've reset my default settings - nothing.
Any suggestions?
