explorer caused a invalid fault in module explorer .exe at 015f:00401f31.i
may have deleted a file this happended after i loaded windows 98 SE

You loaded Win98 on an XP computer? How are you managing the dual boot?
Win98 is on a different partition than XP or the same? Error occurs when
booted to Win98 or XP? What file(s) did you delete that has you concerned?

If this is a Win98 system and/or the error is occurring while running
Win98, you need to repost this question in one of the Win98 newsgroups.
Including more info on when exactly the error occurs would be helpful.
