Hello, I'm still runnin windows 98. I couldn't find a discussion thread for
98 users. Can you help me? When I boot up now, it gets to the green-blue
background of my windows desktop, but doesn't show any icons or the taskbar,
and a dialog box pops up saying:

Then it just hangs there and I can't do anything. I can move my mouse
around, though.
I'm running 98 upgraded from 95. I don't have either installation cd, only
the 98 upgrade cd.
