Opening IE6 error with URLMON.DLL

[Confused One]

Everytime I open IE6 I get the 'This program has performed
an illegal operation and will be shut down' message.
I've reinstalled twice with no luck. Please Help?

Start> Run> Paste this in the window, then hit enter
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
