Intruding Software

When i connect to the internet something on my computer is using the
connection at a rapid rate, it downloading something at 58kb per second and
if i disconnect the dial up window pops up and say's " You or someone on
your computer is trying to connect to (dixxi.sytes.net)" i done a search for
dixxi.sytes.net but could not find any info on it.

Hope someone can help me.

My system is:
AMD 2.16Ghz
Windows XP Home
1GB ram
BT Broardband internet connection

I have Norton firewall and AVG Anti Virus Enabled.

take a peek using this utility

it shows established, listening, closing, and other connections, and shows
the file/process name

theres a 99.9% chance it will show you whats uploading or downloading at
58kb/sec
