How can I stop automatic NV dialer?

I'm getting a "Hot Flash Games" pop up. It cuts off my modem
connection and automatically dials up an NV connection.
It.s a real pain because I either have to switch everything off or
wait for it to connect and then disconnect.
Someone told me its high call rate as well.

I've got AVG virus checker, Google pop up blocker, Swatit and Adaware
but nothing is stopping it.

Can anyone help please?

Malware scanner like A2 and/or Spybot perhaps and than use an
immunizer (Spybot) and also install Spywareblaster as additional
immunizer.
.... Kephyr finds a lot & says how to remove it...
