Intruder

We fear that someone is doing something to ou win 2000 PC with sp3 at
work.
We know the name of the computer which tries to intrude our computer.
We want to prove it.
We have installed net monitor on our PC. And we found that whenever we
try to connect to our bank, internet connection slows (or a process
tries to do something) and from the net monitor a something tries to
connect to the intruder pc from the port 445. When the regedit is open
and we try to open the page of our bank no such a connection seen in
the net monitor (weird).
In the registry we've found the indruder PC's name in the remotepath
key.
Please someone help us.
What can use port 445? How can I know it?
How can I know what tried to connect from port 445?
What is the relation between our bank's web page and this connection?
is there a better group that I can send this question?
Thank you
