Introduction Text Box

I have a friend who came to me with this question. It is on their Microsoft class (basic college class) quiz. We have looked all over Outlook and shearched help. No where in Outlook, running on Windows XP, is there an "Introduction Text Box" field that we can find. Supposedly, it should be located directly under the "subject" line (but it's not the actual message body). Does anyone know anything about this field?

Help? This is driuving me nuts!

You only see this if you click File, Send To, Mail Recipient from Word or
Excel. If you compose a new email or select File, Send To, Mail Recipient as
attachment.
