When I receive a reply message from an Outlook user who uses the
"Introduction" feature in Outlook to respond I cannot see it when I receive
their email. The introduction text shows up in the little pop up window when
the message is received and I can read it, so it is there; however, when I go
to preview the message or open it to read it all i get is an identicle copy
of the message I sent to that person. Any ideas?

How do you use the "Introduction Feature"?

jleldred appears to be referring to the New Mail Alert window in Outlook
2003

The introduction input window appears when sending email from Microsoft Word,
etc. It appears just below the "To:" "Cc:" and "Bcc:" inout windows.
Otherwise I do not know how one accesses it.
