Intresting Case!!! Windows Display Problem- the wellcome screen

Dear all,

last evening i faced an intresting case. the monitor conected to a PC,
stoped display of WELCOME SCREEN (where we see the accounts i.e
ADMINISTRATOR etc. ). what i did was i changed the monitor i could see
the display in the new monitor. the other thing i did i went through
SAFE MODE it displied and again i went through normal mode I AGAIN
COULD NOT SEE THE DISPLAY FROM THE "WELL COME" SCREEN.

What s the Problem? ( Resulation? or what ? ) i dont know let s see.

Is the Welcome screen turned on?

Turn on the Welcome screen...
1. In Control Panel, click User Accounts.
2. Click Change the way users log on or off.
3. Click to select the Use the welcome screen for fast and easy logon check
box.
4. Click OK.

PROBLEM SOLVED !!!!

im really pleased posting the solution of the above mentioned
problem.
the Problem was becouse of the display setting ( the monitor was
suported by low Hertz).

thanks to everyone anyway
