Interview: We sabotaged vista on purpose!

-Hello, some say that vista is slow incompatible and buggy. What do you have
to say about that?
-Well, this is by design. You see we no longer want to make OS's.. we have
other products and services that make more money and don't need so much
development, and support. Also we don't have a huge trail of lawsuits with
other products.
Making Vista horrible was a wise solution!
-What??? You say that you made it bad on purpose???
- Of course. No one can create something so bad if it was not carefully
planed you know!
-But why didn't you go out and honestly say that you wanted to stop
producing windows?
-Well that would be a problem. If we did that there would be an outcry of
users and companies complaining that we abandoned them. But with our
strategic approach we gave them the time to get disappointed with vista and
find other solutions.
-This is astonishing that you are just saying this... you mean you actually
want it to fail?
-Of course! This would be good for us and good for the world, since it would
open the
doors for other companies to produce operating systems. Its a win - win
situation!
-So the rumors that vista would be the last windows OS were true???
-Oh yes definitely... we made it bad as can be.. also we are giving horrible
support,
making pirating impossible, and infesting it with all kinds of DRM
technology to ensure
people will leave the vista platform and find other solutions.
We want windows dead, and vista is the killer!
-But this is crazy! Why would you even accept doing an interview revealing
all this now?
- Why not? It will accelerate the abandonment of vista wouldn't it? Its
logical! We care for the user.. we want them to get the most out of their
hardware... that's why we made vista so incredibly slow.. after a few days
of use.. any user would feel that vista is repulsive and find another OS to
load. XP was our last good OS, we will support that until 2009... then we
will not have any other work to do with OS's.
-Well thank you Sir for your honesty.. I must say that I did not expect to
hear all this today.
-Why? haven't you used vista at all?
-Sure but....
-You liked it?
- No.. it was horrible, nothing worked and it was slow as a snail...
-See how a good job we did? HAHAHAHA

DISCLAIMER The above is FICTIONAL. Vista is a perfect OS with no flaws and
works faster than XP.

I totally agree with the last statement in the disclaimer. Thanks for a good read.

Yep, you'd think with the above Vista strategy they were encouraging
folks to move to Linux.....wait a sec, didn't they recently partner with
the makers of Novell SUSE Linux.... ;-)
