Hi,
My problem is not being able to connect to any tax
extension sites on internet. Called comcast and they
said I probably need to adjust something on my XP.
Know anything about that?

uninstall your third party firewall and test.

then if still same issue ,support.microsoft.com

search for 813444 and run the entire article.
