For some reason this server keeps sending data out onto
the net. I rana virus scan and removed a virus from the
server. Rebooted the server. It still sends data out
onto the net. Is there anything I can do to try and track
down the culprit here?

Check your run keys in the registry to see if you have something loading
there. Also, boot into safe mode with networking and see if the results
change. How are you determining that the machine is sending information out
over the web?
