When I am on a website and log on and a new window opens, is there any way to
get the window to expand to full screen. The button next to the X in the
right upper corner is not available and the ability to drag in the lower left
does not work. I can however zoom in and out. But that does not help my
problem. Is this controlled by the web site owner?

Yes, sounds like poor programing.

Ok It cannot be programming because when I use another computer, enter in the
internet address, then enter in my log on the next page that opens is full
page on someone elses computer. HELP it is driving me crazy. Any
suggestions?
