Internet Uptime Monitor

Hello,

Can anyone suggest a program to monitor if /when the internet connection
goes down and record the time(s) it happened and the duration of each loss
of connection. Free or low cost preferred.

Reason: We have rented some space to one of our clients and provided them
with a wireless internet connection. It is same type of connection that we
have used for the past 5 years with very little down time. They are
complaining that their connections goes down regularly but we have been able
to prove it and our ISP says it is not so.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Wireless Internet or Wireless networking with Internet access?

I have been experiencing very unreliable wireless networking
connections. Wireless networking can have interference from cell
phones, cordless phones, microwaves, other networks and building
materials.

The connection to the internet is wireless. The connection between PCs and
router is wired.
