internet stops responding after saving pictures

when im saving pictures off the web after a while ill get
this error message saying could not complete the
operation due to error8007fff. after that pops up i cant
click on anything until i close all the web pages then
open internet explorer again. what seems to be causing
this
 
Try this. Some pictures can be very large and your cache may be full.
Or the index is damaged.

Clear the IE cache. I.E./Tools/Options/General/Delete files (and delete
offline content.) It's often recommended that the Temporary Internet Files
(folder) be kept at
40-50 MB. Bigger isn't necessarily better.


If index is damaged.
Delete/Empty Temporary Internet Cache completely
