Internet Startup Page

Opening my Startup page in Internet Explorer I get this
explicit brower page. When I type in Yahoo.com and open
that browser and I go to tools> internet option>
and click "use current" for startup page click "apply"
close everything, then reopen Internet Explorer the
explicit startup page open again. My browser, I think has
been hijack I ran Ad-Aware spyware removal and remove all
spyware it does not help. What can I do to keep the
Startup page I want?
