internet speed with DSL

My sister has an HP computer. She has a DSL line
installed. She is experiencing verry slow web page
loading. She has had her DSL line carrier and her
computer help desk try to help her with no cure. Could it
be her internet explorer, and is there anyway to check
that out?

we could use some help...thanks
 
web page performance can vary based upon the actual content of the site in
addition to other factors such as connection speed.

Your sister can try to test her speed by going to www.dslreports.com and go
to "TOOLS" and run Internet speed tests.
