Internet software loading

Everytime I try and load my local internet service
installation disk I get an error message:

WORKFLOWHARNESSEXECUTABLE APPLICATION has encountered a
problem and needs to close.

The computer thens closes the loading application.

Is my problem the disk or my Microsoft program?
 
You don't need any local internet service program, just set
the appropriate settings in IE.
