Internet Shutting Down

[Locked Out]

Everytime I connect online, in about 1 minute I get a pop
up message, indicating that the system will be shuttind
down. This only happens after I connect. If I don't
connect online, there is no problem. Any reason why this
is happening and how I can fix it?
