I've been having problems with IE 6.0 shutting down after about 15 minutes
online. It just QUITS! No warnings, no error messages, nothing! Internet
connection stays intact, but browser(s) shut off. In addition, after this
happens and I open another session of IE, many functions don't work...such as
the tab key, delete key, etc. Also...if I click on any links that open new
windows, I can't close them when done with them. The only way to close them
is thru Task Mgr., which then closes ALL browser windows. Ultimately, I have
to reboot. I've check for viruses, spyware, etc., etc., but nothing seems to
be wrong there. I've also attempted to reinstall IE thru the XP disk that
came with my pc, but nothing helps.
ANY IDEAS?
