Internet Sharing in Windows XP home

An Error occurred while Internet sharing was being enabled. The service
cannot accept control messages at this time! I can't set up internet
connection sharing. I had it working before I MOVED my daughter's computer.
all the nics and cables and the router are working. My daughter has XP Pro
and My wife has 98 Now they can't connect! HElp Help Help
