Internet Security warning

I am having issues with an annoying pop-up message in Outlook XP.

One of the POP3 accounts I'm accessing using outlook requires a secure
connection on the incoming mail server. However, whenever outlook checks
for new mail, I get a pop-up window titles "Internet Security Warning" with
the message saying

"the server you're connecting to is using a security certificate that could
not be verified.
a certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is
not trusted by the trust provider.
do you want to continue using this server?"

If i choose yes, it all works fine. however, i would LOVE to get outlook to
stop asking. anyone have any ideas? Thanks for any info you can share.

Do you see the option to install the certificate?
Have you contacted the ISP to see what they suggest?
