Internet providers

I recently changed IP's, Bellouth to AOL. Now I can't get Internet Explorer
to work. It keeps saying I'm not connected, but I am. It also says "Internet
Explorer Provided by Bellosuth". Will Internet Explorer only work with
Bellsouth? Do I have to Download another version?

Your copy of IE has been "branded" by Bell South, this should have nothing to to
do with
connectivity issues.
Follow the instructions at the below MVP site to un_brand your copy.
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/ie/ispunbrand.htm

Contact your new ISP with your connectivity issue.

Good luck!

Hi Michele,

You just got the answer about the branding.

As for AOL: it doesn't use the standard connection in Windows. You have to
launch AOL browser first and let it connect, and then you can launch IE.

Kind regards

Hans
