internet problems

We had a system crash in our network an after the inccident my internet
connection is super slow; it seems like if there were another program running
behind; I have the lattes virus protection I also ran AD-WARE an SPYBOOT S.D.
an they founf nothing any ideas Please.

Make sure they are the latest versions, updated and run them in Safe Mode.
