internet problem..

When i turn on my computer, the internet works just fine..but slowly..after a
few hours..i can't load a lot of the sites unless i refresh the pages a lot
of times..then a few hours later still...the page fail to load completely no
matter how many times i refresh them. The whole process restarts once i
restart my com...

I thought its because of spyware so i installed some scanners including
microsoft antispyware and used to remove whatever was around. However, the
problems persits even right after they are removed. Any clues what could be
causing it? and how it may be resolved?

Have you cleaned your temp internet files?

I guess the next step would be to try to repair IE assuming that you've no
filters that are blocking your travels after their logs are getting bloated?

i have already updated IE. not sure whether its helping.

but there is something peculiar abt the problem tat i notice. Firstly, it
happens each time i format my com. I just formatted it recently and it
occured this time as well. secondly, when there is this problem, the 'sent'
bytes are much much greater than my 'received' bytes when i look at my
internet connection...not sure what that signifies..
