Loopback to Windows 10 or 9 and it will work, I did have the same error with
my burner and I loopedback to Windows media 10 and all working fine.
There are some issue of compatibility with Windows Media 11, try and see the
burner site if there is any issued solution to work with Windows media11.
Go to Add/Remove and Click on Windows Media11 and select Remove and it will
ask you, you will lookback to windows10 say yes and Reboot after that and try
the burner.
HTH.
