Internet Printing Protocol and Windows XP

Hi

I'd like to print via the Internet from a Windows XP Home system to another
Windows XP Home system with an attached printer. I think the Internet
Printing Protocol supports this. But does Windows XP Home (or Pro) have an
IPP server? I think it has an IPP client, correct?

When I asked this question previously, one respondent suggested setting up a
VPN between the two sites instead. thoughts on that?

Pro has the server side. Pro and Home have the client. Add/Remove programs
Windows Components / IIS

Internet Connection Firewall ports are 80 and 443
