my temporary files folder is set at 128, what would happen if i turned it up?

There would be more room for temporary files, which likely isn't
necessary. If you do not know what a setting does, it is best to leave
it as is.

Universal Resource Locater is the address of the web site;
eg. http://www.anynamehere.com

"friendly URLs" are easy to remember and write like:
http://www.mensclothesforsale.com

"dirty URLs" are difficult to remember and write like and have lots of
special characters and slashes, etc.;
http://www.Menswear_For_Sale.com/catalog8-Mens/Windbreakers
