Internet options in IE

Somewhere along the line, apparently I changed something
and now when I click on Tools-Internet Options, I get an
error message that says, "This operation has been
cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
Please contact your system administrator." What could I
have changed?

If you use Spybot,it is possible that you have installed
the Imunize feature to install this restriction.

Your link led me to a page which had the specific answer,
although other posts relating to Spybot got me looking in
the right place. I did have the "lock IE Control Panel
against operating from within" box checked in Spybot's
recommended misc. protections. That's what did it. Thanks.
