Internet options Homepage problem

When I click on tools ,then Internet options to change my home page ,
see a list of previously-designated home pages when I edit the websit
address.
How can I remove these and prevent them from appearing
 
Open IE, tools, options, Content Tab, AutoComplete button, Clear
auto-complete,
