Not my homepage

I've installed IE 7.
Everytime I start up IE7 it goes straight to
'http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/downloads/default.mspx'
instead of my ISP homepage, this happens every time!
When I click on the home page icon it goes to my ISP home page.
I've checked 'Tools>Internet Options>Home page and all seems to be ok.
So why is it defaulting to the Microsoft site?

Please try the IE7 group.
The recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

If you must use a web interface:
http://www.microsoft.com/communitie...?dg=microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general
