Internet & NTFS Permissions

Win XP Pro, NTFS format, Simple File Sharing disabled. Is it possible to
deny permission to access the Internet to a Group by using NTFS Permissions?
There are several Limited Users accounts on this computer, and I need to
restrict access to the Internet only for some.

No. But you could use NTFS permissions to deny access to Internet
Explorer - C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe.

Doesn't help 'cause there is a lot of other ways to browse, for instance
thru explorer.exe. Fake gateway is the best solution.
