Internet not working properly!

Everytime i go on a website page none of the pictures or writing fonts come
up properly, also the skins or backrounds on the pages come up white! Please
help me!!!!!

My first impression is that you're beyond help.

IE Tools > Internet Options > General > Accessibility > Uncheck everything
here.
