SELECT SKIN FILE

I KEEP GETTING A WINDOW POPPING UP EVERYTIME WE TRY TO GO TO A NEW WEBSITE.
THIS WINDOW COMES UP THAT SAYS "SELECT SKIN FILE IN THE BLUE LINE AT TOP OF
WINDOW" AND YOU HAVE TO HIT CANCEL EVERYTIME TO CLOSE THE WINDOW. HOW CAN WE
STOP THIS WINDOW FROM POPPING UP??

Suggestions and checkpoints:

Start/Control Panel/Add or Remove - uninstall Viewpoint Toolbar

and/or:

IE/Tools/Internet Options/Advanced - uncheck Enable third-party browser
extensions

and:

Run HijackThis: http://www.spychecker.com/program/hijackthis.html

and fix/delete:

Extra context menu item: &Viewpoint Search - C:\Program
Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Toolbar\ViewBar.dll/CXTSEARCH.HTML

BHO: Viewpoint Toolbar BHO - {A7327C09-B521-4EDB-8509-7D2660C9EC98} -
C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Toolbar\ViewBarBHO.dll

Toolbar: Viewpoint Toolbar - {F8AD5AA5-D966-4667-9DAF-2561D68B2012} -

Hi - in addition to Kelly's reply, please don't type in all caps - it's hard
to read, and is considered "shouting" (in newsgroups, email, chat, etc -
don't use it)

I am so sorry about the caps!! Until you brought it to my attention, I
didn't even realize that they were in caps. LOL
