skin file

Everytime I get on the intenet, a box appears and it says select skin file.
How do I get rid of this popping up everytime I get on the internet?

What browser are you using? THis is probably not a windows issue,

Try uninstalling the Viewpoint toolbar in Control Panel-Add/Remove
