Internet Mail Account

I installed Windows Xp and a copy of Office 2000 Small Business
Service Pack 3 on somebodies computer. The problem is whenever I try
to setup a profile it brings me to the "Internet Mail Account" dialog
box. So I try to add a new exchange e-mail account but it doesn't even
give Exchange as an options. It forces me to write in a POP3 and SMTP
address. We only use Exchange on our servers and don't have POP3
enabled. I have made sure that Outlook is the primary E-mail Client
and not Outlook Express. No matter where I try to setup the e-mail
account Exchange is not an option. The "Internet Mail Account" dialog
box keeps coming up.
