Internet is OK; One computer cannot connect to the LAN

Three computers running XP.
All three access the internet OK
Two computers see each other.

The third computer has the net Icon visible but cannot see the other
computers nor can the other computers see the third computer.

Any help is appreciated.

Are they all in the same workgroup?

Is sharing activated where required?

Is ICF off?

How are they connected? Router?
