Internet Idol time set to never but sill auto disconects. Y?

I have set the internet Idol time to never yet when the
net is idol for 20 mins it goes to Auto disconect! How
can I prevent that from happening? Can any one help?

Maybe your ISP disconnects you when you're idle.

Get PingPlotter from <http://www.pingplotter.com/> (30 day trial) - it will
graph your network performance over time. Set it to ping every 5 minutes.
Presto - no more timeout.
