INternet Explorer7 web icons not correct

The icons that come up when you go to certian web pages, such as google, are
not crrect they sometimes even get stuck on one particular icon.

any ideas anyone???

All those icons are part of your Temporary Internet Files cache for IE. You
might try the 'delete files' option at IE, tools menu, "Delete Browsing
History"

OK I will give this a try but i'm pretty consistant about deleting theose
TIFs. It seems like they allways come back to the wrong icon. google for
instance is some weird black and red icon. I will not be able to test the TIF
untill late tonight. EST

I think those files are "ico" ext so deleting temp internet files may not
remove them. Try viewing files and delete manually.
