MICHAEL

For the past few days every time I try to log on to any
site IE gives me the message " IE is experiencing
difficulties and must shut down." I can't access the
control panel or anything else. HELP ME PLEASE
 
run the scans in system tools and defrag. delete temp
files. try another broswer.
