Internet Explorer crashes

We're receiving an error message, "Internet Explorer has encountered a
problem..." when our users try to login to OWA via IE. It's kind of
intermittant.

I understand this is a known problem with IE 6 SP1 according to MS, however
it's happening on our machines with IE 6 SP2. All the machines have the
latest Windows updates.

Anyone else out there experiencing this?

Yes, this may be pertinent, but would you consider Outlook Web Access a
custom pop-up if it's accessed from a company intranet site for example?

Have you requested the hotfix and does it address the problem, RR?

Yes, I requested and loaded the hotfix, however it makes no difference. What
I did find is that if you uncheck the box in IE advanced settings for
HTTP1.1, the problem goes away.

I'm not sure of the side effects of this change yet, but I'm looking into it.
