I have deleted Microsoft Internet Explorer by accident.
When I go to the website it will not let me download any
files. How do I get it back
 
Assuming you are running Windows XP, there is a procedure
on Dell's support site that you can follow to try
repairing/reinstalling - type "explorer in windows XP" in
the search box and you will be able to reinstall.
