We have been having a problem with internet explorer for
about 5 months now, ever since updates were installed. I
think? It will not close once opened. you can minimize it
but no matter what you do it will not close. How can we
fix this it is very iritating and I can find nothing
addressing this in the knowledgebase.

Hello!
Inernet Explorer may hang due to several reasons.The
question is in which type of web page it is happening.
Have you seen the log entries at Event viewer?Does it
happen in all the web pages?Run antivirus with latest virus
definition as well as spware.
