There are two people who use this computer my mom and me
(Her Son) My mom does not know what she is doing on here
some how she has managed to get internet explorer to open
up with hotbat toolbar, yahoo companion, and the search
bar, and links. every time you open up internet explorer
they are there and it's real annoying leaves you with
very little space to view websites. I have tryed right
clicking and unchecking them does not work when to the
view menu nothing in there works I can not even find an
install file to overwrite it! or even an repair option.
can you please help me?

Try going through the View>Toolbars menu.

I know Google at least should have an entry you can delete through Control
Panel>Add or Remove Programs.

If all fails, try to re-install these toolbars from Yahoo, Google, etc and
then try disabling them.

You can remove the bars from the Windows Registry if you're confident
enough. Be warned that the registry isn't a place where you can delete
anything you want so whenever editing the registry, read instructions
carefully.

Click on Start>Run..., type 'regedit' without the quotes and press OK. Use
the folders on the left like you would through Windows Explorer and navigate
your way to this key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar

On the right pane, select and delete any entries you want except for
{8E718888-423F-11D2-876E-00A0C9082467}
