I get messege " Program/ c:/program files/internetexplorer/explore.exe the
application has requested the RUNTIME to terminate it in an unusual way. "
Icant get on internet unless I restart computer can any bdy tell me were to
go to change a setting I do not know were this came from.

The first troubleshooting step is to make sure the computer is
completely virus/malware-free:
